A free 90 minute event with Dr. Ashley Kranz, PT, DPT, sharing clear, practical information to help people stay active, steady and doing the things that matter.
Burning, tingling or numbness in the hands and feet is easy to brush off at first. Over time, these sensations can affect balance, sleep and confidence, and many people quietly start saying no to the things they love: morning walks, time in the garden, a round of golf or a day out with the grandkids.
This free event explains what may be behind these changes in clear, everyday language, with practical next steps and time for questions.
Anyone who relates to one or more of these is warmly invited to save a free seat.

At this event, Ashley will share what may be behind burning, tingling or numbness in the hands and feet, and how a physical therapist approaches these concerns.
From the very beginning, she took the time to truly listen, carefully assess what was going on, and develop a plan to help me rebuild strength.
"Throughout the process, Ashley was consistently encouraging and attentive to how my body responded to treatment. ... I highly recommend her services and am truly grateful for her dedication to helping people return to the activities they love."
Saturday, November 7th at 10AM at Ageless Agility, Davie. A member of the team will call to confirm each place.
